An incredibly beautiful Scottish brooch by Mizpah, meaning an emotional bond between people who are separated (either physically or by death). Mizpah jewelry is worn to signify this bond, and the word "mizpah" can often be found on headstones in cemeteries and on other memorials.
The brooch is on its original card. It says chrome plated and untarnishable. It looks like some beautiful heather wrapped in ribbon. All in beautiful enamel work. It is in perfect condition, never worn.
The brooch measures 5cm x 4cm at the widest points. The foldover clasp is in perfect working condition.
