This is a lovely antique stamped sterling silver, 9ct gold medal.  It weighs approx 4 grams and measures 4cm x 3cm.

These medals look fabulous on a chunky silver bracelet.  I have left this one tarnished but it could be polished up if that is the look you desire.

The medal is shaped in a shield, with some lovely engraving and a 9ct gold shield panel on the front.
